By accessing or using any software, source code, algorithms, frameworks, datasets, or documentation distributed by Orders of Magnitude LLC ("OOM," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or download any materials.
Our products are licensed under the OOM Commercial License, which includes a free tier for individuals, nonprofits, and qualifying organizations. Full terms, tier definitions, and pricing are at ofmagnitude.com/licensing. Your use of any OOM product is governed by the license tier applicable to your organization. Orders of Magnitude LLC ("OOM") reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
Regardless of license tier, you may not: (a) sublicense, rent, lease, or resell our materials; (b) distribute a competing product built upon a substantial portion of our architecture, algorithms, or source code; (c) remove or obscure copyright or license notices; (d) represent your product as affiliated with or endorsed by OOM without written permission.
All software, frameworks, algorithms, documentation, and datasets distributed by OOM are the intellectual property of Orders of Magnitude LLC unless otherwise stated in the component's license file. Some components are released under CC BY 4.0; these are clearly marked in their respective repositories.
All materials are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We expressly disclaim any warranty regarding the scientific accuracy, correctness, or reliability of computational results produced by our tools. Scientific and engineering outputs require independent validation before use in any application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our materials. You assume all risk associated with using our software and frameworks.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OOM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating litigation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Wyoming as specified in Section 8.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our materials after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
